• Supporting technical and commercial diligence for retail business in Kenya: In collaboration with Anadach Group, CHS supported the commercial due diligence of potential investment from European impact investment funds in a leading retail pharmacy chain in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya
• Supporting technical and investment partnerships and fund-raising projects in Ethiopia and Kenya:  CHS is the advisor to several private sector clients in Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Ghana and Nigeria seeking investment and partnership in establishing and growing pharma manufacturing plants catering to a range of pharma products including medicine and devices. CHS supports identification of knowledge and technical partners as well as investors in raising capital and setting up financing partnerships for several healthcare development projects in Africa, including assisting management consultancy firms such as EY Ethiopia and SGI private equity firms based in Ethiopia in identifying international hospital operators.
